This proposal is called the Children and Families Bill.

Sunderland, Washington and Coalfields Parent Carer Council (S.W.C.P.C.C.), Sunderland Carers' Centre, Sunderland City Council and NHS South of Tyne and Wear, are working together to keep you informed of the upcoming changes for your family.

As you will discover on the youtube link, the local council are very keen to hear what you think about these changes so they can take this into consideration when they plan their "local offer".

To gather these views, Sunderland, Washington and Coalfields Parent Carer Council are holding a free event at the Stadium of Light on Wednesday 13th February 2013, registration from 9.30am, start at 10am until 2pm.

This is to give you a chance to speak to a variety of people, find out more information and share your thoughts.

If you are interested in coming along please contact Sunderland, Washington and Coalfields Parent Carer Council at swcpcc@googlemail.com or ring Sunderland Carers' Centre on (0191) 549 3768.
