Carers Trust Carer Involvement Strategy: Survey for Carers

Many carers currently get involved directly in the work of Carers Trust and locally with Network Partners (Carers' Centres and Schemes), for example:

  • Carers are trustees of their local Carers' Centre
  • Carers blog on Carers Trust's websites
  • Carers are involved with Network Partners in training social and health care workers about carers' needs
  • Carers complete surveys about their views and experiences so that Carers Trust can use the results to make the case for policies and laws that better support carers

Carers Trust wants to offer more opportunities for carers to get involved in their work.

They know it can often be really hard for carers to get involved, even if they'd like to, so they are putting together a plan on how they could best support carers who want to get involved.

They would like the help of carers with this and are asking carers to complete a survey by Friday 7th June.
