New Report - How can the web support carers?

The Princess Royal Trust for Carers and Crossroads Care have carried out extensive consultation with carers throughout the UK to explore the benefits and challenges presented by different types of carers' websites, as well as the barriers faced by many carers in accessing online services.

Following the research a new publication 'How can the web support carers?' has been produced aimed at organisations.
